Beat Sheet
Scene 1,2
Main Character standing and reading the sign, camera jump to the words on sign and back to screen. with happy and smooth whistle music
Scene 3, 4
Main character start making a shadow butterfly, and he think nothing special so he kick the sign and he left. right before he exit the scene from right, a butterfly came out from his shadow and fly to the center..
Scene 5,6
butterfly fly around and suddenly(surprise music) monster shows up and clap, ate the butter fly. but it seems not satisfy, so it sniff the ground and follow the sense that man left.( acting like dog and move to left the scene)
Scene 7,8,9,10
camera change perspective, main character walking straight while camera getting closer, monster tap approaching to his back slowly and reach out it's hand to main character's shadow.(scary/ horror sound). Monster tap on main character's shadow, and shadow turn around notice the monster, shadow man got scared and pass out lean forward.
Main character notice his shadow and turn around, monster shout at him and main character freeze and start ruining away. Fast music start
Scene 11
main character exit the scene (left) and monster followed him, which monster came out from the wall to the floor and become 3D. with a surprise beat.
Scene 12
camera become monster's perspective, monster try to reach main character's leg while he keeps running. monster's hands keep reaching forward and missed. Camera tilt and shake every time monster reach out his hand. music keep get faster
Scene 13,14,15
as monster reach out and keep missing the target,( every time he reach out his hand a beat will drop) the music get faster and nervous, main character start breathing heavy and heart beat goes up.
Scene 16
main character ran into dead end, stop immediately, with tire scratch on floor sound, monster start enter the scene slowly, with a big smile on its face and getting bigger( scene start to get darker) music become slower and more horrify
Scene 17.
Camera look down at character's face, he is horrify and scared and stuck in corner, as shadow start cover more on his face, music get intense and he looks really scared.(heart beat speed up)
Scene 18, 19,20
main character notice the light switch on the left wall, he tried to reach it while monster jump to him. shot of the light switch and camera switch to right side, main character turn off the light.
Scene 21
as the scene went complete dark, heart beat start to slow down, finally main character feel relief and breath. while he think he is safe( silence no music) monster eat him and swallow him. then burp. (eating sound effect)
Scene 22,23,24
you hear monster start to moving away, and after a click sound, the light went back on. (back to the very beginning scene 4) monster enter the scene from left, with a hands on it's big belly and lazy eyes, he approaching to the sign and put it back where it belong. he then smile and fade in the gap between wall and floor.
